To guarantee the booking, we request to make a down payment of 30% (depending on the length of the stay) within two weeks.
– free of charge up to 3 months before the date of arrival
– 3 months to 1 month before arrival date: 40 % of the total package price
– 1 month to 7 days before arrival date: 70 % of the total package price
– in the last week before arrival date: 90 % of the total package price
– in the event of non-arrival on the agreed date or early departure, 100% of the total package price will be charged
Furthermore, the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.
In case of system errors, the written offer or the price list applies..
In the event of an official border or accommodation closure, you will receive the amount of the deposit as a holiday voucher (valid for 3 years).
