2 bedroom, 1 living room with pull-out couch, separate fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and bathtub, flat-screen satellite TV and beautiful terrace with a view of the Nockberge mountains and wonderfull garden.
Kitchens are equipped with various kitchen appliances and utensils, as well as dishwasher, free washing-up liquid and dishwasher tabs.
Our bathrooms have bath towels, towels and soap. In the event of longer stay, the towels can be changed free of charge.

All guests from the age of 17 will be charged with a local tourist tax of € 3.50 per person and night and a contribution to the Sunshine Card of € 1.40. This tax is not included in the accommodation price and needs to be paid locally.
